LawnGuru, changing up the lawn game

Bringing on-demand services to the outdoor services space.

LawnGuru has intelligently connected the dots between consumer and landscaper by creating a simple to use on-demand lawn services application.

Homeowners can book and track orders for popular services like lawn mowing, snow removal, and yard cleanups all within minutes through their web and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Landscapers can quickly find job opportunities to grow repeatable business, and the app makes automating payments, sendings quotes, and managing a customer base simple.

Behind the scenes, LawnGuru uses Mapbox’s suite of on-demand solutions and APIs to power their outdoor services.

Homeowners can search for an address using the Geocoding API and then render a bird’s-eye view of their lawn. Our global satellite imagery allows the user to draw out property boundaries and receive a quote. When the landscaper is scheduled, homeowners can track the providers location as they are en route to complete the booked services.

Providers are able to drag and drop their jobs as desired and will soon be able to automate the process via our Optimization API, which will allow for more efficient routes to be generated between jobs.

We are thrilled to support the LawnGuru team as they continue to iterate on an exceptional suite of apps for homeowners and service providers.

“Working with Mapbox over the past few years has been a complete joy. I’m continually impressed by their commitment and ability to build world class tools. The amazing user experience we’re able to give to LawnGuru users is in large part made possible by Mapbox.”
— Skye Durrant, Co-founder & President, LawnGuru.
